General Policy
- Fees are strictly non-refundable once services (books, login access of classes) are initiated.
No Refund Conditions
No refund will be provided if:
- Books / eBooks are issued.
- Login details, ID Cards, or admission letters have been sent.
- Class attendance has begun.
Partial Refund Conditions
- Some courses/offers allow refunds calculated on a pro-rata basis (fees minus services used) if requested within 7 days of enrollment.
Registration Fee Policy
- The Registration fee is not refundable under any circumstances whatsoever.
